On a beautiful Sunday not to many moons ago, I stayed among the birds and the squirrels in an incredible Tree House at the Deer Park Country Hotel. If that didn’t make me feel smug enough, I ate delicious food thoughtfully created and presented with elegance and confidence by their great team of chefs.
I also ate a cracking breakfast.
