Rain. Hopefully it’s inevitable. Luckily, it falls where I live keeping things green & splashy. I’m lucky that I can choose to buy a bottle of it from a shop that is situated right next to a public fountain. I can lazily sluff my dusty ocular snoozed self, a whole 10 foot in the small hours when a meagre thirst hits. I ate this Moroccan inspired, comfort dish of slow cooked tomato & onions, garlic & onion couscous with buttered kale. That’s what rainy days deserve.
